Ladies,

What a great weekend of skill development, strength and conditioning and spiritual and inspirational growth. Thank you to each of you for you hard work and willingness to learn. Thank you for opening your hearts to knowledge and guidance. I can not thank you enough for all of these things. Continue to work hard. Remember, that activity does not equal success. You have to work on the correct things and take care of the details and the small things. Be better, get better, learn better! Congratulations to each of you for finishing a very hard weekend.

Utah Flight for Life!

Much Love from your East Coast Sister,

Steph Wood

Steph Wood

"Steph Wood brought a passion for the game and backed it up with individual skill development that was second to none. I saw kids who were genuinely excited to be learning and embraced being challenged and pushed by Steph. I was inundated with emails from campers who loved their experience and said it was one of the best camps they have ever attended."
